MLS - Premium Cosmetics Distribution

Challenge: As a distributor of premium cosmetic brands, MLS faced three critical challenges: preventing theft of valuable and easily pocketable items, ensuring products were stored in a clean, dust-free environment to maintain product integrity, and increasing storage capacity to accommodate a growing portfolio of international brands.

Solution: RIFAF engineered a custom VLM system (4.734m × 3.067m × 8.845m) with two strategically positioned bays: one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine level at 5 meters height. This dual-bay configuration provided the perfect three-in-one solution. The enclosed, automated system acts as a secure vault, preventing unauthorized access and theft. The clean, controlled internal environment protects sensitive cosmetic products from dust and contamination. Finally, the high-density vertical design allowed them to dramatically increase their storage capacity within their existing footprint.
