Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs)
Single Internal Bay (“BIS”)
The retrieval station is positioned at a fixed height. Trays slide on plastic sliders for smooth movement. Equipped with photocells for height control and operator safety.
Single External Bay (“BES”) –(Optional)
An external retrieval device with a single output tray. Suitable for large and heavy materials requiring full accessibility. Allows use of hoists, cranes, or robots.
Double Internal Bay with Carousel (“GIO”) – ERGO-TECH (Optional)
Uses an overlapped retrieval device (“carousel”) to allow simultaneous picking and lift positioning. Picking/refilling operations occur at the same height. Uses masked time to improve efficiency.
Double Internal Bay Superimposed (“BID”) – (Optional)
Uses a superimposed retrieval device for handling two trays at different heights. Ensures ergonomic work with useful material heights up to 275 mm. Material up to 425 mm accepted only on the upper bay. Equipped with an automatic shutter.
