Plastic Factory
📦 Smart storage. Elevated.
Because every meter we rise is a new level of precision.
Challenge
The factory was facing increasing material flow and limited internal storage capacity. With continuous production of plastic components, space optimization and inventory accessibility became daily challenges. They needed a high-capacity automated storage system that could perform reliably outdoors, resistant to heat, dust, and varying weather conditions, while maintaining speed and precision.
Solution
Rifaf provided a fully engineered outdoor Vertical Lift Module (VLM) reaching 16 meters in height. The system was designed with insulated sandwich-panel cladding for thermal control and enhanced protection, ensuring smooth operation even under Saudi Arabia’s demanding industrial climate. Through automated vertical storage, ergonomic design, and software integration, the solution significantly improved retrieval accuracy, reduced manual handling, and maximized available space.
Why They Chose Rifaf’s Solutions
The factory was seeking more than just a storage system, it needed a partner that understood industrial automation within real environmental challenges. Rifaf’s proven experience in delivering robust, climate-adapted VLM systems and its reputation for reliability made it the clear choice. The project was executed with precision, minimal disruption, and complete alignment with the factory’s production workflow.
The Transformation
The outdoor VLM system revolutionized how materials are stored and accessed. Manual loading and searching were replaced with automated retrievals, reducing time and effort while increasing safety. This installation stands as another milestone in Rifaf’s mission to empower factories across the Kingdom with intelligent, scalable automation designed for performance and endurance.
What They’re Saying
“We’ve seen a visible improvement in speed, organization, and overall workflow. Even in outdoor conditions, the system operates seamlessly, proof of quality engineering.”
