Phase 2 - The Growth Challenge: After experiencing the efficiency gains of their initial 6m indoor VLM, the client's production expanded rapidly. They needed to scale their storage capacity significantly, but their warehouse height was limited and they required a solution that could withstand outdoor conditions.

The partnership began with a 6m indoor VLM that solved their initial space and accessibility problems. The client saw immediate improvements in organization and retrieval speed, building trust in the technology. As their production grew, RIFAF didn't just sell them a new system; we transformed their existing investment. We upgraded and relocated their 6m unit, engineering it into a robust 16m outdoor VLM with insulated sandwich-panel cladding for thermal control. This phased approach allowed them to scale storage capacity in line with their growth, utilizing their outdoor yard space while protecting their original investment.
