Our Journey: Phase 1 - The Original Challenge: Zulal Water Factory needed to optimize its warehouse operations to keep up with increasing customer demand. They faced challenges with limited warehouse space utilization and equipment handling issues, particularly with molds and die heads, leading to delays and reduced productivity.

Phase 2 - The Growth Challenge: The initial VLM solved their first production line's storage needs perfectly. However, as their business boomed and they expanded from one production line to three, their 6m VLM couldn't keep up with the tripled demand for spare parts and tooling storage.

The Solution:

RIFAF's initial 6m VLM provided the space optimization, automation, and protection they needed for their first production line. The system's modular, upgradeable design proved invaluable when growth arrived. Instead of abandoning their investment, we upgraded their existing 6m unit to a 16m outdoor VLM, seamlessly expanding their storage capacity to support all three production lines. This upgradeability protected their initial investment and provided a scalable path that grew with their ambition.
